Return Policy

We understand that sometimes we all make spontaneous purchases that we aren’t 100% happy with. It’s all part of the wonderful world of online shopping!

We want to make life as easy as possible for when these little shopping mishaps occur, which is why we offer store credit within 14 working days since you received your item (Excluding Delivery Fee).

Please note that swimwear must have the hygiene labels attached, and we do not take returns for beauty products or lingerie under any circumstances.

Our returns are NOT pre-paid.

All we ask is that the item is unworn with the original tags and packaging.

You can find our returns address on the top corner of your order confirmation email and on the slip included in your parcel.

Returns must be returned with your order number, email address and reason for return - just fill in the slip in your parcel!

All returns may take up to 7 working days to process after we have received it back.

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark, as this means your refund or exchange could  be refused. 

Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. Please include an original copy of your invoice from us so we have all of your details on hand.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
